KORUS EU a.s., as the controller of personal data, processes personal data in connection with the operation of the online store www.dykenodefender.eu. When processing personal data, we proceed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing, and other applicable legal regulations.

2. What personal data we process
We mainly process personal data that you provide to us yourself when placing an order, registering a user account, communicating with us, subscribing to the newsletter, making a complaint, withdrawing from a contract or using another function of the e-shop.
This may include, in particular, your first name and surname, address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, order details, payment and delivery details, the content of mutual communication, and, where applicable, Company ID No., VAT ID No., business name and details of the contact person if you order as a business customer or on behalf of a legal entity.
When you visit the website, we may also process technical and operational data, in particular IP address, device and browser data, data about your behaviour on the website, information about visited pages, purchase history and data obtained through cookies and similar technologies, to the extent corresponding to your consent settings and the services used.
3. Purposes of processing and legal bases
a) Order processing, conclusion and performance of the contract
We process personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase contract, managing the order, processing payment, delivering goods, communicating about the order, handling complaints, returns, withdrawals from the contract and providing related customer support.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, as well as compliance with the controller’s legal obligations.
b) User account
If you create a user account in the e-shop, we process your data for the purpose of setting up, maintaining and administering the account, managing login, simplifying future purchases and making account functions available. In the case of business customers, data necessary for setting up the business regime or pricing conditions may also be processed within the account.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
c) Communication, questions and enquiries
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, contact form or another communication channel, we process your data for the purpose of handling your question, enquiry, request or other message.

d) Newsletter and commercial communications
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your e-mail address for the purpose of sending commercial communications and marketing offers based on your consent.
If you become our customer, we may, under the conditions set out by legal regulations, send you commercial communications concerning our own similar products or services until you opt out of receiving them.
Each commercial communication must clearly indicate who the sender is and must always include a simple option to unsubscribe.
e) Marketing, personalisation and remarketing
Based on your consent, we may use analytical, personalised and advertising cookies and related marketing or analytical tools for measuring traffic, evaluating campaigns, personalising content and remarketing.

4. To whom personal data may be disclosed
Your personal data may be made available or disclosed to our processors and other recipients, in particular providers of IT and hosting services, providers of e-shop and software solutions, carriers, providers of payment and banking services, accounting and tax advisors, legal advisors, providers of mailing, marketing and analytical services, providers of cookie tools and other persons involved in ensuring the operation of the e-shop or the performance of the contract on our behalf.
Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities if required by legal regulations.
The specific group of processors may reasonably change over time depending on the services we use for the operation of the e-shop.
5. Personal data retention period
We retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purposes.
Data processed for the performance of the contract and customer support are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period necessary to protect our rights and comply with legal obligations.
Data processed on the basis of consent are retained until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than for the period during which the relevant purpose remains current.
Data in the user account are retained for the duration of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter if this is necessary to protect our rights or comply with legal obligations.
Data obtained through cookies are retained for the period corresponding to the specific type of cookie or until consent is withdrawn, where consent is required.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic, or with another competent supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making that would have legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
9. Voluntary provision of data
The provision of personal data is voluntary. In some cases, however, it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, the administration of a user account, the handling of an enquiry or the provision of a specific service.
If you do not provide us with the data in such cases, we may not be able to provide the relevant service or properly handle your request.
